Delivery is free on orders of £50.00 or more with the exception of orders containing furniture and some large or fragile items. These are classed as ‘non-standard’ items and are priced individually at £8.95. Where applicable, the delivery price is shown on the product page and in the basket.
We send our parcels and small furniture with DPD Local, which means you not only get super speedy delivery, but also lots of delivery options, to make your life easier!
When your parcel is on its way, you will receive a text message/email from DPD with your expected delivery date.
If you'll be out, it's not a problem: from within the text message/email you will have a range of options, such as changing your delivery date, collecting from your nearest DPD Pickup Shop (small-medium items only), delivering to a neighbour or arranging to have your order delivered to a safe place at your address.
On the morning of delivery, you’ll also be given a 1 hour delivery window and you’ll be able to track your parcel at every stage in its journey.
Delivery is Monday-Friday (excluding bank holidays).
UK Highlands, Islands & Channel Islands: We are more than happy to ship orders to these locations. Please email us for a delivery quote on [email protected]. Once we have confirmed the details, your order will then be processed via email, rather than via the website.
Unfortunately, there are a small number of items which we cannot ship beyond mainland UK, due to their size and/or fragility.

If your item will be sent via our specialist furniture courier, it will be indicated in the product description.
Our furniture courier will contact you to arrange a convenient day and 3hr time slot for delivery (evening and weekend slots available).
We are unable to offer an assembly service, however the driver will happily carry the item to your ground-floor room of choice. Please contact us if you need this item sooner, and we can provide you with a quote for a quicker service.
Before ordering, please measure the space available carefully and ensure the item will fit. Consider entrance points, doorways, staircases etc. If our courier has to return an item to us because it does not fit, sadly you will be charged a £60 return delivery charge.
Delivery will only be attempted once before a further charge for redelivery is incurred. Please note, this is charged at full cost, rather than the subsidised, reduced rate offered when placing the order. This is usually £60.
Please note that all items delivered beyond your doorstep are carried out at your own risk. In order to deliver beyond this point, drivers may ask you to sign a waiver to confirm that you are happy for them to proceed, with the unlikely chance of any marks or damages to your property. It’s best to ensure there are no potentially breakable objects in their path and that carpets and floors are protected (since drivers cannot remove footwear due to health and safety).
We understand that sometimes you need your order in a hurry, so please contact us prior to ordering regarding next day or weekend delivery and we will do our best to arrange this.

Standard delivery timescales apply to in-stock items only. Some items are available for pre-order, back-order or are made-to-order. This is indicated on the product page where applicable.
If your order contains an item on a longer lead time for delivery, as well as in-stock items, we will hold the in-stock items and ship altogether once all items are in-stock.
Very occasionally, some postcodes may carry a surcharge for delivery. We will contact you once you have placed your order, if this is the case.
Delivery times are estimated and whilst we/our couriers endeavour to deliver within that time, occasionally there may be delays.
Where a safe place is specified for delivery, the customer assumes responsibility should the parcel go missing.
Drivers will only attempt delivery of parcels and smaller furniture twice, otherwise a further charge will be incurred for re delivery.
Our products are sold on a delivery duty unpaid basis. International and off-shore customers may have to pay import duty, additional taxes, fees, levies or customs charges and customers should check these details before placing an order for international delivery.
