  • Can you explain your ‘Free Standard delivery over £50’ policy?

    Free standard delivery over £50 applies to ‘standard’ parcels. So items of furniture and other ‘non-standard’ items which are particularly fragile, large or heavy are excluded from this as they require alternative shipping methods. Our furniture and non-standard delivery charges are priced individually on a product by product basis. Each item has the delivery price specified on the product page and this will also be displayed in the basket before placing your order.

  • Do you accept international orders?

    Yes! If you would like your order shipping overseas then please contact us for a delivery quote.

  • Do you offer a gift wrap service?

    Our personalised cushions are available gift wrapped - simply select the option ‘with gift wrap’ from the drop down menu on the individual product page to opt for this. Unfortunately however, as many of our items are unusual shapes and sizes we’re unable to offer a gift wrap service for all other items.

  • I live locally to you, can I collect my order?

    Absolutely. Please enquire with us before ordering and we will give you a code for free delivery.

  • If something is out of stock, are you able to get more in?

    Please enquire and we will always endeavour to get an item back in stock for you where we can.

  • Can your cushions be bought with hollow fibre, rather than duck feather pads for those with allergies?

    Yes! We usually keep stock of hollow fibre cushion pads in all sizes. Please just let us know when ordering.
