The quality and weight of the product does not justify the cost

We try to make sure that our close up photos and description give you a good idea of each product, however if there is a specific quality issue please do mail us direct so that we can look into this further for you as all of our products are quality checked before they leave us. As noted in the product description, it is made from Polyresin, which is a very strong material, but not too heavy, making it ideal for hanging. That said, I do understand if the Antique Gold Elephant Head Wall Mount is not to your taste and woul d prefer to return it for a full refund.
