I have checked through all of our emails and it does not appear that we have received any communication from you sadly however, we will contact you now to resolve this issue for you.
It looks like the DPD driver has taken images of your property and explained that the delivery was unfortunately missed, but we will of course get in touch with DPD now for you and investigate this issue further and push to resolve it as soon as possible for you.

The product looks just like the photos, but it does have a brownish color vs the golden one advertised. The only reason I gave it 4* is that I found quite a few scratches on it, but only noticeable if you look closely.
Fits amazingly with my theme and I do reccomend.
