Larger than I thought, quite heavy & good quality did think it was quite expensive for a vase, but my daughter has wanted one for ages so she will be very happy to receive as a Christmas present.

Product expensive for what it was

Audenza replied: Hi Elizabeth, thank you so much for your feedback. This vase is made from slip-cast stoneware which has been intricately hand-painted. Stoneware is a very strong and durable material (much more so than earthenware for instance) meaning that it won't chip easily and you'll be able to enjoy your vase for years to come. Because of that it's also dishwasher safe, which makes cleaning nice and easy :-)

We do offer a 30 day returns policy however, so you always have the option to return the vase instead if you may prefer to. I can see that you haven't contacted us about this directly, so I will drop you an email now abou t this. Was delighted with what I had bought, only gripe would be that the item wasn't as big as I thought it would be. The other item I bought was a present for someone but I am sure they will like it

Still waiting to receive my item, Audenza haven’t kept me informed of when this is likely to be, happy to revise my review once I receive my items (if they ever arrive)

I have looked into this and can see the order was placed on Sunday 29/09 on standard delivery, we then shipped the following day on Monday 30/09 with DPD and delivery was attempted on Tuesday 01/10. We have spoken with DPD about your parcels this morning to find out why delivery has not been attempted again, however they have advised that they need to raise an investigation into your parcels. Please rest assured that we are looking into this as a matter of urgency with DPD and will contact you by phone as soon as we have an update from DPD (you can expect to hear from us by tomorrow morning at the latest).Just for your info: we send out a dispatch notification email, and DPD also send notifications to you with your tracking info and delivery options, however these can end up in junk folders unfortunately.
