How do I Sign Up?
Create an account with us, don’t worry if you are already an account holder you’ll automatically be signed up.
How Do I Check My Points?
Make sure you are logged into your account and hit the ‘Rewards’ widget in the bottom left hand corner, and your Rewards dashboard will display the number points you currently have.
How Do I Redeem My Points?
Make sure you are logged into your account and hit the ‘Rewards’ widget in the bottom left hand corner, from here you’ll be able to go to ‘Ways to Redeem’ which will enable you to spend your points with a unique discount code.
Please note, only one voucher can be redeemed per order.
How Do I Earn Points?
For every £1 you spend you’ll receive 5 Audenza reward points. You can also earn points by referring a friend, or by liking us on Instagram and Facebook.
I haven’t received my points, why?

Why are My Points Pending?
When you purchase a product your points will be marked as pending for 30 days until they are credited to your account.
